This high performance stock was designed by Major John Plaster (US Army, Retired). He is considered by many to be one of the world's top authorities on long range, highly accurate shooting. He is also an instructor. This stock will accept accutrigger.

Here are some dimensions that might help you identify your receiver length. These are the distances between the two receiver screws: Savage short action 4.275 or 4.411, long action 5.062
(MEASURE YOUR HOLE SPACING BEFORE YOU ORDER A STOCK). This stock is for 4.275 inch hole axis spacing only. If you have the new Savage Centerfeed Model 10, the receiver screw holes will be 4.411 inches apart, and there is no Ultimate stock currently available for L.H Savage S. A.
